Get specific with your goals. Routine and predictability are easy ways to increase motivation


Remember when you were at school, studying for important exams?


Were you more or less motivated when a supply teacher showed up, or you didn’t know the exam questions you were revising for etc


A lack of routine and varied environments can sap our motivation. Constantly changing gym time, class, routine around meals are examples.
