Hip mobilisations for groin pain relief by Revitalize Osteopath Joss Barratt

Osteopath, Joss, demonstrates one of our favourite motions for mobilising the hips.

These movements are often called Cossack’s. But here, Joss demonstrates a scaled version for you. He’ll progress the exercises from easy to hard.

From sitting or a lack of varied movements, our hips can become very tight. Just doing these mobilisations for 30 seconds to a minute every 1-2 hours can leave them feeling loose and comfortable.

But please have your hips checked by a healthcare practitioner before attempting self mobilisation.
