Steve (strength and conditioning coach) has created this circuit for his client, Robin, who enjoys international motorbike rallies.
The races tax his body to the limit. Multiple injuries, muscle tears etc, you name it.
Training provides a safe environment where Robin can build his body to become more resilient for rallying. This bespoke circuit created by Steve combines throws, presses and jumps to do just that.
