Often called “Lus” or “Round the worlds”; this shoulder exercise provides the biggest bang for your buck.
It combines strength over a full range of motion. Often being the final exercise in rotator cuff rehabilitation, I’m prescribing it more and more.
Make sure you can do this movement without any weight first. If painful, reduce the range of motion. Then try something light like a tin of beans and increase the weight from there.
