Lunges for better knee and hip health

Lunges are a fantastic exercise. They build better knee strength, hip strength and are a great “finisher” for rehab for patients suffering from arthritis, patellofemoral (knee cap) pain and more.

However they could be performed much better than they currently are. Many people allow their knees to come in, lose their balance, lose their alignment etc. Remember exercise is just as much about coordination as it is getting the job done
