Fight or flight is looking promising and we’re continuing to put in work to improve the class

In the ultimate fight to lose weight, clients are currently dropping up to 1kg of weight per week, thanks to our ability to keep clients accountable to their goals by combining goal setting and group comradery

Every client is entered into our online course structure that provides downloadable apps and eBooks to keep them on top of the latest tips to accelerate their weight loss.
