Moira wanted to start rehabilitation and training with us to balance her hip musculature after her hip replacement surgery and improve her strength for cycling. Now let me put this into perspective; Moira is about to embark on a trip to the states where she will be cycling 80 miles a day for 30 days. No easy feat and we’re delighted to help her as part of her journey.
We focus on a variety of different squats and step type movements as well as isolated movements to balance Moira’s hip musculature.
She says she does it because she has to… but we think she really loves it
