Your first question may be how can we help? That’s easy! We will guide you step by step giving you advice on nutrition, even if you are breastfeeding, treating any aches and pains you may have, but most importantly providing you with an individual exercise plan that is fun and guaranteed to keep you motivated!

Here are a few handy tips to consider when returning to exercise that you may or may not have given a thought:

  1. Your exercise plan should include some work on your pelvic floor muscles.
  2. Exercises must include lower back and core muscle activation.
  3. Start with pregnancy intensities/durations and frequency.
  4. If you have had a caesarean then it is advised not to exercise for 12 weeks!
