  • Respiratory muscles can be trained in the same way skeletal muscles can therefore you can start by training your respiratory muscles through a tool called PowerBreathe.
  • Avoid cold and dry air e.g. if you are running outside put a scarf over your mouth to avoid aggravating your breathing.
  • Swimming is a good form of exercise to help increase your lung volume!

Why not book in for a free consultation to talk about what Revitalize can do for you.
