Meditate to reduce stress related tension | Osteopath Elliott Reid, demonstrates

In this week’s video, I demonstrate how to meditate to reduce muscle tension.

Muscle tension often occurs when our mind hi-jacks our body. Our mind races with catastrophic thoughts and our body enters a state of readiness to defend us from the attack.

The issue is that the perceived attack is every day and it is often only… perceived.

A nice quote is “I’ve had a lot of worries in my life, most of which never happened.”

Mark Twain

Our modern worries often do not need a physical response.

In this video, I teach you how to dial down the physical response to your stress and hopefully create some distance between you and the supposed threat as well.
