Pain whilst weight lifting?
Chiropractor, Ashraf, explains a common approach to reducing pain whilst weight lifting.
As with one of his patients currently seeing him for hip pain, our lifts can often have “painful arcs”
This is where only a small portion of the lift is painful. But often, if we work above or below this arc, the body adapts to provide the patient with the full movement.
