Correct exercise reduces pain | Shiel explains

Correct exercise reduces pain. I hear your doubts…

Yes; exercise is controlled trauma, you move what hurts, you stretch things that are unbearably tight…. But

Exercise drives adaptation. Tight becomes long; weak becomes strong. Not only this, exercise releases endorphins. Hence why we feel good once we have exercised. Our primitive reward system says, empathetically “you may not have caught something today but well done! That was great!”… encouraging us to reattempt the chase the next day.

Shiel is a specialist in exercise rehabilitation and personal training. More and more patients are seeing him at the end of their treatment plan for stronger hips, backs, knees, weight loss and more.

Their results are unbelievable. Pain free is one thing, but confidently moving in ways they haven’t for decades is another.

Have a chat with him. He’ll be happy to help
