For those who don’t know, May used to weigh 16stone. But by using her skills as a professional chef, May carved a physique with healthy foods. She later placed as a finalist in 2 fitness physique competitions.
May is going to take you step by step through breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and even desert. Over 2 evenings, you will master the art of cooking healthy, quick to prepare delicious foods.
