Matt Mcinlay - from paralysis to adventurist

Matt’s disc herniation paralysed his leg.

Working with the clinical and exercise team, Matt has been able to make a full recovery and is the fittest he’s been in a long time.  He even recently bounced back from a leg fracture.

Beverley French - Feeling better at 65 than 35

After Beverley’s son noticed she was starting to slow down; beginning to stoop and making more noises getting off the sofa, he introduced her to Revitalize exercise specialists. 

Beverley worked with the Revitalize clinical and fitness team to build more mobile hips, stronger knees and reduce arthritic pain.
