Knee and hip pain? Gravesend Osteopath provides a solution

If your knees wobble whilst you walk or run; your knees cave in when you squat; the sides of your hips are generally sore etc. it could be due to weak hip abductors (your glutes)
In this video I break down my favourite exercise for remedying this. Give it a go and let me know what you think. But please stop if it’s painful or excessively difficult.
The glutes are an essential muscle for us humans who walk on 2 legs. If you want to see how important, just look at our primate cousins. They have large hamstrings but not glutes. The glutes are the connection between our lower and upper bodies and are essential for healthy movement. So take care of them!
