If your knees wobble whilst you walk or run; your knees cave in when you squat; the sides of your hips are generally sore etc. it could be due to weak hip abductors (your glutes)
In this video I break down my favourite exercise for remedying this. Give it a go and let me know what you think. But please stop if it’s painful or excessively difficult.
The glutes are an essential muscle for us humans who walk on 2 legs. If you want to see how important, just look at our primate cousins. They have large hamstrings but not glutes.
