How to reduce biceps DOMS after training

@joesgturner | How to reduce biceps DOMS after training Are your muscles hating you after a training session?

DOMS is a natural occurrence where muscles become sore after training. We want to do 2 things. Speed repair and desensitise pain.

Ibuprofen has shown to interrupt protein synthesis so we may not want to rely on this

1. Desensitise with active recovery and self treatment such as stretching or massage

2. Consume dark green and red veggies to increase anti-oxidant and vitamin C intake Let me know how you get on! DOMS naturally improves with frequency of training. So you may find that if you increase your “pull work” to two variances a week, this may also reduce your occurrence of DOMS
