This weeks Workout of the Week is a little more low impact. This week we are taking some time to relax and unwind. This simple yoga inspired flow will get the joints warm and the blood flowing.


Its perfect to do first thing in the morning to wake up that body, or last thing at night as a way to centre the mind and body. You can also use it as a warm up for a more strenuous session. The flow is 5 minutes long and I go through it 3 times in this video. But feel free to go through it as many times as you feel fit.
