Deep stretches for the neck and upper back during quarantine

I had an online client the other day who found these stretches really useful
A lot of us (myself included) are having to get used to very different work set ups that stress our bodies in ways we’re not accustomed to. Give these a go for 60 seconds each and let me know how you feel
