How to cue a straight back whilst squatting
Does your back flex when you squat? A lot of the time it’s not a problem, but if it’s painful OR you feel you’re loosing some power then give this forward fold a go
You just need a weight. Push everything backwards towards the weight and keep that tight position
Then enter your deadlift position or the squat and you should find you can keep a straighter back with less flex
