And he shows you in a scaled way. This means that you can break the movement into smaller more manageable pieces and gradually improve your mobility and strength. 

Joss does this by starting with an unloaded mobility drill, before moving into a raise and then a more loaded version.

We provide our patients this exercise when they are diagnosed with rotator cuff tendonopathies.
