This is a tough but effective hip mobilisation exercise.

 

I originally learnt this at Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu at DFC (@studiobjj.sp http://www.delsfitness.com/)

 

And have since modified it for my patients. 

 

It’s a great way to build mobility and strength into the hip. I’ve also added a few ways to make the exercises easier. 

 

Just make sure your hip is deemed ready for this exercise by one of the team before you give it a go.
