Goals are great but do they actually matter?
Charlotte, Osteopath at Revitalize has recently completed an acceptance and commitment therapy course which enables her to coach her clients to set goals which transform their health whilst meeting their values.
I.e. you may value strength but hate the gym so why go? Better to focus your time and resources on something you enjoy which increases your strength such as hill walking
