Their back literally strengthens and grows fresh tissue to respond to the demand and yours can too.


The J curl adds load to the spine whilst building control. We often describe this as building a “mind-body-connection”. This helps to calm the nervous system to prevent it from becoming so protective, allowing us to move freely. 


Before you attempt this, I would recommend that you speak to one of us at the clinic to ensure this exercise is appropriate.
