For joint and muscular health

  1. Reverse your strain
    Reverse the position your spend most of your time in

  2. Schedule a 30min walk at lunch time
    This will pump your tissues to restore blood flow, hydration and improve your vitamin D levels


For fitness

  1. Mix easy and long with short and hard

Light, long duration cardio is great for your heart and lungs. But hard exercise is great for building strong bones and muscles. Use walks, runs, cycles and body weight exercises

  1. Make an appointment with yourself

Don’t leave it to impulsion. Know how and when you’re going to be exercising


For mental health

  1. Replicate what elevated your mental health before
    Used to eating with friends once a week? Catch up via zoom. Make an appointment of it. Gym? Bring the gym home
  2. Accept the good with the bad
    Make a daily practice of talking or journalling and making a note of the good and the bad. Expressing ourselves openly and honestly can help to guide us through difficult times
