WORKOUT OF THE WEEK! – HIIT20 Core Focus (Only 20 minutes!)

This weeks workout is another HIIT20 session called HIIT20 Core Focus! It is only 20 minutes focusing through the core, using a mixture of high intensity standing movements, and floor based exercises. 20:10 second intervals, that means 20 seconds working and 10 seconds resting. Grab yourself a towel, some water and a mat. Follow along, modify where you need to, and enjoy!
