Have you noticed that most people leave abs / core last at the gym? Or leave it out all together? I do empathise. How many crunches can you do before you get bored?
Here’s one of my favourite exercises that I showed Jane and her class at Heavenly Fitness, Maidstone. The swiss ball roll out. Make sure you keep your torso still and only your arms move
