Grant came to us a couple of years ago now, just has he was starting his professional journey into the world of boxing. And this is a the finished result. A focused, chiselled athlete.

When competing at a high level, it helps to work with a company who knows both about peak performance and injury prevention. Especially in a game where the aim is to hurt and not get hurt.

With Grant and his brother Jordan, we get to work with heavy metal, chains and bands; working max strength, speed and power.

It doesn’t take much but Grant has noticed his power improve, his speed and resilience to damage increase.

And of course, injuries are sometimes unpreventable, but we have myself, an Osteopath, to take care of that
