Can you jump properly?

Can you jump properly?

Do you make a loud sound or can you absorb impact and go again?

Jumping with different intentions can train different aspects of our jump

For example;

Sticking a jump (ie landing and freezing) can improve stability, readiness, balance

Chaining jumps together, landing quietly etc can improve force absorption

These are cues that we implement into treatment and training to nurture specific advantages for our clients and patients
