Healthcare is increasingly becoming patient-centric
Ie what does the client need, want, where do they want to go? And most importantly, how do we empower the client to achieve their goal?
But the most important factor is that we as healthcare practitioners can rarely be the hero. You must become the hero as we cannot bear your burden completely
