Katie graduated as an osteopath in 2022, from the European school of osteopathy. She has a background in Crossfit, olympic lifting, and aerial hoop. She now enjoys regular strength training. Katie has a patient-centred approach, and works very closely with her patients to help achieve their goals. She is personable, open, and creates a very welcoming environment for her patients.
Katie has also been a patient herself – a life-changing incident meant she herself spent 3 years recovering from a severe ankle injury, having six surgeries and spending the majority of that time on crutches. She knows how tough it is living in chronic pain, and all the challenges that come with. She understands and can empathise from a personal perspective, yet can advise and help you manage from through her professional training.
Along with treating adults with a wide variety of presentations, Katie is passionate about working with babies and children. Katie completed a post-graduate certificate (PG Cert) in specialist paediatric practice.
For babies, Katie can treat:

- Sleeping issues
- Effects of a difficult birth
- Abnormal head shape/ flat head
- Colic/unsettled baby
