WORK OUT OF THE WEEK! #4 – Boxing Intervals (30 minutes, Warm Up and Cool Down included)

 

Another amazing exercise taken from Maya’s youtube channel

This weeks workout of the week is a boxing inspired HIIT session. Using nothing but body weight we go through 3 minute rounds of hard hitting combos, using ferocious punches and striking kicks.


Make sure your workout space is clear of anything that may interfere with your movements (i.e. don’t stand tooo close to the TV, or may regret it.)

Grab a towel, some water and blast those tunes that are gonna get you pumped for this workout. Enjoy!
