Tight shoulders? Try these “movement snacks” with Ashraf Ali

Pain often needs some stimulation to occur i.e. sitting for a certain period of time in a certain position. 

“Movement snacks” are a great way to prevent the build-up of pain by acting preemptively. 

So before pain or tension starts, try 10 slow repetitions of these stretches.
